In adopting the Chairman’s philosophy and his grandmother’s golden rule ‘Treat others as you expect to be treated yourself’, We at Indochine Asset Management lead by example and believe in being responsible to our environment, and our community.
The Environment is important to us and our awareness is reflected in our participation with in the  community and through our developments, as we adopt practical environmental design solutions
It is our undertaking to support community organizations of our choice, with in our community of Pattaya and surrounding area. Examples of where we practice our social environmental responsibilities and support others is in:

• The sponsorship of computers to students at Kanchanaburi.
• Assisting in the job placement of graduates from the Redemptions Centre Collage Pattaya
• Sponsoring Scholarships to underprivileged students to assist them in completing their study programs
• Contribute and participate in luncheon events and activities for the elderly members of our community
